01 General Provisions & Acceptance

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at b899, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must create your account under your own name and with accurate information.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• You must manage the account on your own behalf — playing on behalf of others or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.

2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. If an account is created using false information, b899 reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time, and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must notify the b899 support team immediately.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at b899 is ৳200. This limit applies to each payment method. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, b899 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). b899 does not accept any foreign currency.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at b899, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets to meet the wagering requirement. Please note — wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

• The bonus must be used within a set period, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• b899 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
• If multiple accounts from the same device or IP address claim a bonus, all bonuses may be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Cashback

b899's VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Cashback is calculated each week in accordance with the applicable rules.

05 Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Policy

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, manipulation, or any other unlawful means.
• Creating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses under the same identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical advantage.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

If b899 identifies suspicious activity, it reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice and to withhold the associated balance.

06 Responsible Gaming & Age Restrictions
